HOW TO REGISTER
NEW MEMBERS: Register by clicking on the "REGISTER" link to the left of the class you would like to register for then complete and submit the registration form. Please check for any class requirements before submitting your registration. If you are unsure of which class to register for please check with Justin, one of our coaches, call us at (937) 866-EDGE (3343) or email us at info@ce-athletics.com. We are also creating waiting lists and building classes as needed.
PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED MEMBERS: Please use the Customer Web Portal. As an existing customer you can use the portal to view your account, add classes without having to complete a new registration form, or drop classes. As long as you provided a valid email address with your initial registration you can click on the following link:
You can also get to the portal by clicking on the "Register" tab on any of the classes below and then click on the "Already a Customer" link at the top of the registration form.
When you get to the portal for the first time you will need to request a password by clicking on "I Don't Know My Password". You will receive your password from info@ce-athletics.com. This email is sometimes viewed as spam or junk mail by some filters. Please make sure info@ce-athletics.com is in your "allowed senders" list or in your address book.
If you did not provide an email address when you registered or need to change it please send an email to info@ce-athletics.com with your name and a valid email address and put "Customer Portal" in the subject line.
- There is a $50.00 annual gym registration fee per student ($30.00 annual for Mommy & Me and Tiny Tumbling) or $75.00 per family. This is in addition to any class tuition or Legacy fees. A credit card is required at the time of registration but you will not be charged at that time. All payments can be made at the gym and must be made by the last day of the month prior to your class. A late fee is assessed on the 1st and your credit card will be charged.
- If at any time there are 3 or fewer students in a class that class will run 15 minutes less.
- A minimum of 3 registered students may be required for each Class.
- Please plan on attending all scheduled classes. Make up classes are based on class availability or traded for open gym time during that month only. To qualify for a make up class a 24 hour advance notice must be given for the absence.

If you were in a mandatory school practice class and wish to continue in a non-mandatory session you need to register in the new class.
