Policies 

REGISTRATION POLICY

  • There is a $50.00 annual gym registration fee per student ($30.00 annual for Mommy & Me and Tiny Tumbling) or $75.00 per family.  This is in addition to any class tuition or Legacy fees. 
  • A credit card is required at the time of registration but you will not be charged at that time.  All payments can be made at the gym and must be made IN FULL by the last day of the month prior to your class.  A late fee is assessed on the 1st and your credit card will be charged.
  • If at any time there are 3 or fewer students in a class that class will run 15 minutes less.
  • A minimum of 3 registered students may be required for each Class.
  • Please plan on attending all scheduled classes. Make up classes are based on class availability or traded for open gym time during that month only.  To qualify for a make up class an advance notice must be given for the absence. 

As always, for your convienence, if you are currently enrolled in a class you will automatically be re-enrolled each month for that class as long as that class is being offered and your account balance will be updated.  This protects your placement in the class and eliminates the need for you to re-register each month.  If you do not wish to continue in a class or wish to drop a class, it is your responsibility to do so, otherwise your account balance will reflect the charges for the class. 

Classes must be dropped by the 23rd of the month prior or you will be financially responsible for the class tuition until you do so

PAYMENT AND DROP POLICY

You can register and start any of the open classes at any time.  If you register any time prior to the first of the month your class fees will automatically be prorated for that month.  If you do not wish to begin classes in the partial month please contact us at info@ce-athletics.com.

Class tuition is due on the last day of the month for the following month classes. After the 1st of the month your account will reflect a late fee and credit cards will be charged.

Withdrawals must be done in writing by completing a Notice To Drop Class form (available at the gym), an email to info@ce-athletics.com or through the Customer Portal   Phone calls, verbal or voice messages or absence from the class are not accepted as a means to withdraw from a class.  You are financially responsible until written notice is given.

                 

MAKE UP POLICY

To qualify for a make up class, you must have given advance notice of your absence and your name must be recorded in the make up log.  You must also pick up a make up voucher at the front desk.  Make up vouchers are required to take the make up class and/or open gym.

 

Make up classes are subject to space availability at the time of the desired make up session.  Scheduling a make up in advance does not guarantee a placement in that class.  If the class is full, you will not be permitted to attend the class. Open gym may be substituted in place of a make up class.

 

All make up classes MUST be completed within 30 days of the absence.  There is a limit of 4 make up classes per year.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

                 

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Credit cards are not automatically charged unless specific arrangements are made.  Payments can be made in person at the gym.  Only account balances are updated automatically for class tuition and Legacy fees.  Unless other arrangments have been made, credit cards are only charged in the event of a delinquent account. 

                 

REFERRAL PROGRAM


You can earn credits toward your account for every referral you make!

Credits for referrals are as follows:

All-Star Cheer: $50.00 (credited to your CEA account after the referral completes the first competition)
 

Tumbling Class: $25.00 (credited to your CEA account after the referral completes their first month of classes)

ZUMBA® Class: Receive one free ZUMBA class for every referral that purchases a punch card.

  • A REFERRAL FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE. REFERRAL CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON IF THE PERSON BEING REFERRED HAS ALREADY REGISTERED FOR ALL-STAR CHEER, TUMBLING CLASSES, OR PURCHASED A ZUMBA PUNCH CARD.
  • There are no limits to the number of referrals that you can make.
  • Referrals must be NEW to Competitive EDGE Athletics and/or Legacy Extreme.
  • Referrals cannot be someone currently or previously registered with the gym and/or have previously been a member of a Legacy Extreme cheer or dance squad. 
  • ZUMBA® referrals cannot have previously attended a ZUMBA® class at CEA.
  • The person being referred can only be referred by one person.  It is the decision of the person being referred as to who the referral will go to.
  • You must be an Active member of the gym to make a referral.  This means you must be currently enrolled in a tumbling class, a member of the 2008-2009 Legacy Extreme Cheer & Dance Program, or registered for the 2009-2010 Legacy Extreme Cheer & Dance Program.
  • The member making the referral must be current with all CEA/Legacy financial obligations, including boosters.
  • Both the referring member and the new member must be current with all CEA/Legacy financial obligations, including boosters, to earn the credit.

                 

GYM CLOSURE POLICY

Tuition fees listed are per month.  All of our classes are priced per month, regardless of the number of classes in the month. 

Allowances for holiday's, gym closures, weather related closures, extra class days, etc. are all taken into consideration over the course of the year to establish the monthly pricing of our classes.
 
Fee prorations or make up classes are not offered for gym closures.
